left u out

the past 2 pots of chicken curries that i cooked, i find that i forgotten to add something.....yest was when i discovered what i missed out that had an effect on the taste, tomato paste.....

today i cooked sardine-curry....i mixed the curry with the tomato-gravy already came from the can of sardines....fish sauce as a salt substitute and 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice just to bring down the 'fishy-ness'.....by far, i would say this is the best pot ive ever made....the lime juice actually gave the curry this a little sour taste like the fish curry u eat with prata....mmmm....seems like there's going to be more sardine-curry......
