ok lets not off topic too much, i just admire how they keep loads of polaroid films for their own consumption as probably you would have known....polaroid have closed all its factories...and is out of business so wats left around the world is about it....i cant wait for july to come where i can have cash to spare.....id probably buy at least $200 worth of films and probably more...depends on my lust for it.....and that impulse with a self-timer plus tripod mount is definitely a must have if nadim is selling and at a reasonable price...i will definitely get it from him...

sunset upset
the sunset upset turns out not to be an upset after all....cos the initial plan was just chill....as usual i migrated to a new group of frens about say early this year? joined lomotion got to know some frens and yeah meeting some of them quite often....
i do miss my vespa frens & my gilera frens but all of them now are either settled down or have new interests like other bikes and all....so we kinda like hang out less often.
currently its like the lomo-peeps thats ive been hanging out with, some of them that is. well, particularly cos we share the same interest shooting...
yests meet-up was more of a chill session rather than a shootout, yeah i wanted to capture the sunset but it wasn't so beautiful bcos the sun was blocked by the clouds but as the sun was setting, the clouds turned out to beautiful with shades of purple and dark orange.....lovely....
the rest of the night was fun, a slightly different chill session i have with frens...
we had dinner at McD before ratnor came to pick us up from west coast and headed straight to sentosa for luge....its been ages since i went to sentosa and of course the beach.....nick got us free rides at the luge and his colleague was cool enough to give us a free printout of the foto. anyways, i find that on the second ride, i already like find that the luge is nothing special....probably its my second trip there...so after the luge, we got some drinks, chips and just chill by the beach and just chit-chat bout watnots....guys, i really wish we'd had a trip somewhere like bangkok or something....miss travelling sia......we were suppose to send the rest home while ratnor and i head to somerset to join shahran, adi & frens skating...but shaun, lara & nick decided they wanna tag....we headed to the skatepark and was rather disappointed that the light shut down at 12MN, they changed the lights timing again from 2Am.......but we skated anyways, while the trio sat, chit-chat....left for supper at al-ameen and finally everyone was home....
turns out more of a chill session...cool frens i must say, lame jokes half the time but hey we pretty much clique, have similar interests, down to earth, what more can i ask? at least my friday wasn't a boring one....i would've joined for fico had the chill out wasn't initiated but im not a fan of soccer...i do enjoy kicking around balls but when the boys get too competitive, it gets boring...cos they selective pass to certain ppl who can confirm nail a goal...LoL...anyway one cool thing bout yest, i skated, i managed to shoot, i chilled and i had fun...and tumoro i have to go back to work....uggggh....
ouh i hope the zoo trip will happen next week......havent been to the zoo for eons sia.....LoL....would love to see how it looks like now....

the flu partly to blamed....being lazy is another factor....i didnt touch anything...
going to tripleD and sungei road later......we are the 'un-rich' photographers that hunt for gears that is still viable that was probably discarded by the rich or stolen by the apeks of sungei roads.....sometimes we do come across great deals, sometimes our hunt ended in disappointment.....it is also an avenue to bring in the 'dough' come across anything of value to certain community, we'd grab it at bargain prices and sell it off again to make a little profit that will fill our film hungers....

its been a long time since i got the ticket....the darn parking wardens, fuck them. i paid my season parkings and i got the ticket....being the reason i didnt park in the lot? but there wasn't an available lot when i reached home....ok, no doubt it is an offence parking not in the designated lot but the amount of the fine could at least been lesser.....look at it this way, $25 for parking outside the lot(paid season parking) and those who never paid season parking got only $8 bcos they took the lots we paid for....a little unfair isn't it?
anyways, curses to them...for taking up such a fucked up job....i wouldnt be caught dead doing such a job.....u get all the curses from many who are just unlucky like myself this morning....may ur vespa tires burst....

ugggh....bad day...had fun...but bad day with fotos....sorry boy, my LCA failed me... all those snaps....i dunno if they turn out fine....cos apparently, the films not loading... i do not know how many shots i manage to take....anyways, i loaded a second roll, another mishap....its an iso400 but i forgot to change the LCA settings to 400... ugggh....but not all so bad after all....manage to find a store selling cheap films, kodakmax400 for only $2.90....pretty cheap....for budget shooters like me....

learn cpr....it can save ur loved ones....
today at the A&E, 2 elderly died bcos their heart collapse and they could have been saved if the family knew cpr...the intervention was only done when the paramedics arrived by then, the patients has already collapse for a period of time which means reviving the patient back could be a problem as circulation has already stopped and probably the patient is already brain dead. IF the family knew cpr, perhaps the 2 men would've been alive....
we did what we could, i give the two cardiac compressions as my colleagues ventilate them and the doctor inject them with adrenalin, in hopes of reviving them....shocks were given but nothing could been done...help came late, if the family knew cpr, they could stand a better chance....
please go learn cpr......

Hardcore at heart?
i went to give ratnor support for his band...but at the same time, just catching up on the local music scene.....LCHC for today....
was bored to death for a couple of bands...but some bands like stampede and ratnor's recover, really bring back old memories.....i love hardcore music back then....but i didnt know matnor was actually stampede's drummer....anyhoos....stampede played a cover from one of my favourite bands.....Snapcase..caboose.....woots...i was screaming my lungs out...the lyrics though faded a little, bulk of it still etched in my memory... they are awesome.......and recover(ratnor's band) was awesome too....
was a great day despite getting wet along the way and the delays.....and the boring bands, it was well worth it....thnks boy for accompanying me thru out...and im glad sazz enjoyed it too...i just hope shots from my LCA turn out well...adios peeps, need to sleep to wake up early tumoro to finish up my essay....
and to some ppl, grow up la....keeping grudges is back in the olden days when ppl still speak dialects and not english...LoL.....
